Very good tiny boat/ pontoon
Purchased this boat 1 month ago and have used it 4 times so far. I am 6’4″ and 320 pounds, so I was skeptical whether this boat would work for me. 1st, all the reviews are correct, the floor does creek and bend a lot once assembled. This boat was meant to be taken apart and assembled quickly, so it is no surprise that it is not more structurally stable. I followed the advice from a previous review and purchased two angle iron (l-shaped metal) bars from the hardware store and installed lengthwise by drilling additional holes and adding my own screw hardware to add stability to the floor. That worked very well, even for a big guy like me. Downside, taking it apart will be more of an effort, however I leave it trailered between uses so no problem. I purchased the 12.5′ model that included a 65 lb. thrust motor. Motor is easy to use/ set-up and works great. Not the fastest boat in the water, but I like that I can cruise up the river or across the lake without adding noise, smoke, and petroleum to the water. I will probably keep adding to it. The pontoons are very tough and sturdy, no worries there. I purchased an extra seat and I have my boat set up with two seats in the bow and I sit on a cooler near the motor to steer. This boat has very decent floor space considering its size. My wife and 7 year old fit nicely, if snugly. I also have a ladder that my daughter can climb up on. Overall, I have loved this boat, love that I can easily take it on and off my trailer, and that I can cruise on the water with my family. Would buy again.

Fun little fishing boat!
This is a great boat but keep in mind 12 feet with 4 platforms is very heavy. I recommend a 4 stroke gas engine because 24 volts of battery is a lot of weight and you don’t really know how much power remains. We’ve taken it out 4 times. Bought a little 4 wheeled gorilla cart and zip-tied aluminum rods across it to build boat on and wheel down boat ramp. Don’t bother with getting power driver, the screws only need a few twists. I did bend the oar bracket base on the river so be careful. Experiment with chair placement, their pictures put it too close to the oars. It’s pretty stable for standing. Those little outrigger pontoons do a good job. Had to buy 4 40mm screws because the 30mm weren’t long enough for the oar brackets.

Worst I instructions ever
Just spend 2 hours putting it together for the 1st time. Still have to drill holes to mount the seats… I was looking forward to using this but now I don’t want to take it apart because it took so long to put together I don’t want to spend 2 hours at the lake putting it together I want to spend that time using it and oh my God is it heavy will need two people to move it.. wish I had taken the money and just got a real boat…… stupid purchase stupid stupid… maybe I will like it once I am on the water alot of work putting it together then back apart…. and the instructions don’t tell u anything the pictures with the instructions are worse then the instructions. Found a u tube video which helped A little for 1700.00 bucks I expected better.

What you really need to know
You might not get what you expect I received my pontoon boat the instructions are crap you might need a clamp to squeeze the deck plate clamps to get the screws to catch. The 2017 modle that was sent to me did not have a foot pump or any other kind of pump. The middle plated did not have a strap spot to the pontoon. No battery strap on spot or straps on it at all. There are 3 different sizes for the screws and two of them look almost exactly alike is you get them and they are all mixed up you will half to check them all .there are no eye bults for the tram you will be cleaning and putting the non slip pads down yourself that is no big deal. But with all of this being said you are not going to get what you see in the videos. At this time I am not sure if it is worth the bloated price I will give an update in a few weeks to a month after I fix all of the problems I have with is that should of came with it according to the video’s

Great value
I like the fact that it is lightweight and stable. The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired and the video on YouTube should be done by an experienced person rather than whoever posts a video. Biggest problem is installing the seat. It would be a lot easier to fasten the deck plate before assembling the boat. I love the oats and the trolling motor. I added the Bimini and a battery box. 12.5 ft boat

Awesome boat for fishing
I’ve used the boat a couple of times and I love it. I reinforced the deck by running a couple of 2×4’s underneath, really solid now. Added angle aluminum along the edges to keep stuff from sliding off and mounted a downrigger on it. Very happy with my purchase.

I want to love it but ….
If you’re expecting to get everything you see in the videos then you are going to be disappointed. I believe there is a flaw in the 12.5ft model due to the the fact there’s no support for the middle so it bends and pops when walking on it. VERY UNSETTLING! Others have posted how to modify this in their reviews. I’m using a 4×6 and secure it with wing nuts. Added time in to set up and lugging the wood around but it will make a more secure deck. Received large, deep dents in 2 of the panels which they agreed to replace. The marine mat doesn’t look like it’s going to last very long. Honestly, I would have returned it if it wasn’t such a large heavy item. If I had to do it all over again; it would be a hard Pass. I’ll update my review once modifications are done and the new pieces arrive. Haven’t tried the trolling motor yet.

Things to be wary
To start off I do love this boat. Its a huge upgrade from a small kick boat I used to have when fishing lake systems. However, there are a few important issues I addressed and rectified with a few mods. After assembling the boat I noticed the aluminum boards which run along the deck are thin. These boards span about 4 ft in width, yet they have no running support. So, once assembled the boards creek, pop, and bend; very unsettling. To rectify this issue, I bought two 8ft aluminum angle, approximately an 1/8 inch thinkness. I cut and drilled holes into the bottom of the aluminum boards and installed the aluminum angle as running support. Needless to say, it fixed the problem but added another 15 min of set up time. The last issue I noticed is with the railing that may or may not come with the watercraft– depends if you ordered it separately or with the boat– the bolts that run into the aluminum board on the corners, where it holds the slots to fit the poles are way to long. The two bolts they provide stick out an inch into the pontoons. Over time that could easily pop the pontoons with constant rubbing of a sharp edge on PVC material. To fix this issue, I went to the hardware store and bought two smaller bolts to replace those longer ones. Overall these are the improvements I made and they significantly improved the reliability of this boat.

Great boat for the right buyer
This is a great product for someone who wants a boat but might not be able to afford one. It takes 30-60 minutes to put together. So far I think its a great idea. I do have a problem with the fasteners they sent. They weren’t in the best of shape and have caused one of my side bracket for the floor panel to stay attached do to stripping. I’m going to attempt to contact them and see if they can help me out with a new bracket and fasteners!Update: They had my replacement parts here in a few days, I ran all my bolts through a tap and die set and everything is smooth and perfect. It’s ready to go back to the water.

Hidden certificate of origin and crouching tiger
I am pleased with the quality of of the boat for the price. I fished Laurel River Lake in Kentucky today for its maiden voyage. Advice to purchasers. The certificate of origin was placed between the outermost shipping box, and the inner box containing the major boat components (pontoons/decking/fasteners). I finally found it on accident. The assembly instructions included are not comprehensive, but on the other hand, if you can’t figure it out, you probably shouldn’t boat into water over 2 feet deep.

Nice pontoon boat for the RV!!
I really like this pontoon boat it’s going to be great on RV trips. The only thing I have to say is the bolts for the post are to short by 5mm and the floor moves. Easy fix!!

Mounting the seat.
All the parts are there, it’s instructions about the seat is wrong in the placement of the backup plate, it doesn’t go under the seat itself, it goes under the pedestal of the floor mount sandwiching beneath what you are mounting the base to for strength.

Nothing like described!! Don’t buy it.
There was no seat which I was told there was a seat. No side or back rails like shown in the picture. The platoons and the metal platform that’s it!!! Can’t hold two people!! Total ripOff!!!!
