    Convenient

I never thought I would be able to make use of a hand truck but I have found that it’s an essential component to my move, a recent garage sale and several home improvements projects. It is easy to set up, sturdy, lightweight enough to be portable and gets the job done. It works well enough that I told my neighbor to get one.

    Great for moving

Pros: – Easy to use, ready to go right out of the box – Smooth roll, even with heavier loads – Simple to collapse and put away for storage – Quality materials, doesn’t feel cheap or poorly madeCons: – None so far (Will update if it breaks or starts having issues after a few months, as I can’t speak to its overall durability yet)

Great to keep in the car

I do a lot of shopping that includes heavy items, such as cases of water. This hand truck moves a load of weight at the store and at home. The folding, telescoping design makes it ideal to just keep in the car. Surprisingly light, it is easy in every way.

    For light-duty work

I’ve had one of these before but with a 300 lb maximum loading capacity. I was pretty impressed with how well that one was built and was able to use it even for heavy duty home relocation moves. Unfortunately my sister wanted it so I left it behind. This folding hand truck by Riosoc is made with a lot of plastic parts, and I have doubts about the 160 max load capacity. The wheels (which are hard, slick plastic) and nose plate don’t lock into position and is held in place by friction/weight. The collapsible handle is longer than it needs to be due to lock release bar that takes up a lot of space. It’s nice that a bungee cord is included to help cinch down your load from tipping over, but this hand truck is for light duty jobs only. I would recommend increasing your budget and finding one in the $50 range for a higher quality product that will last a longer time.

Climbs and Descends the Stairs like a Charm

Works as described; the two belts were the secret to successful climbing of stairs. Needs metal nosing on the stairs to prevent damage. I hope the belt can be longer but nothing a ratchet can’t resolve. Sent a few fridges up and down the apartment building and so far so good.

A Reliable and Sturdy Solution for Heavy Lifting

I recently purchased the Electric Sack Truck and have been thoroughly impressed with its solid construction and durability. This product has proven to be an essential tool for transporting heavy items, especially in buildings without elevators. Living upstairs, the challenge of moving heavy goods became significantly easier thanks to the Electric Sack Truck’s substantial load capacity. Its robust design ensures a smooth operation, even under substantial weight. I highly recommend this product to anyone facing the challenge of carrying heavy loads in staircases. It’s not just a purchase, but an investment in ease and efficiency.

It’s okay but not fantastic. Does the job I guess.

Two fundamental problems with this.. The Strap is way too short, it doesn’t fit around anything. And second, the strap sits too low. It needs to be up higher.I bought this to assist with moving large items up and down stairs. Mostly down. It’s still a lot of work, very difficult to balance. And I wasn’t hauling anything close to the 440lb capacity as stated. For large or bulky stuff you’re still going to need a couple people. Also in some cases the tracks slide and sometimes feel like you’re going down the stairs in freefall.

Great dolly to get big items up stairs with one person!!

This is a great dolly to get heavy or bulky items up stairs. I have used it to move my pinball machine and Christmas trees to/from my attic, up a long flight of stairs with a 90 degree landing . The only negative is the tie down strap needs to be higher up. I used a couple heavy duty bungees instead.Highly recommend!

Happy so far! Best bang for your buck!

Great price. Pretty darn sturdy and we’ll built. The treads did worry me until I had the unit in person and was able to feel how robust they are. Good torque for going up the stairs and has a built in belt. I am tall so my only complaint is that i wish the handle extended up more than it does. But since it does all the work, it isn’t a huge deal like it would be had I been a manual lift.

One of the best purchase / Investment I have made!!!!

I recently purchased an electric dolly, and I must say that it has made a significant difference in my life. Here’s why I love it:1. Convenience: The electric dolly has made moving heavy objects a breeze. Gone are the days of straining my back trying to lift and carry things from one place to another. With the electric dolly, I simply place the item on it and effortlessly maneuver it wherever I need to go. It has saved me so much time and energy.2. Versatility: This product is incredibly versatile. It can handle a wide range of items, from furniture and appliances to boxes and crates. I’ve used it for moving house, rearranging furniture, and even for transporting supplies for events. No matter the task, the electric dolly performs admirably.3. Easy to use: The electric dolly is designed with user-friendliness in mind. It has intuitive controls and a simple interface, making it easy for anyone to operate. The adjustable settings allow me to customize the speed and maneuverability based on the task at hand. Plus, it comes with clear instructions that make setup and operation a breeze.4. Sturdy and durable: I’m impressed with the build quality of this electric dolly. It feels solid and well-made, capable of handling heavy loads without any issues. The wheels are sturdy and roll smoothly, even on uneven terrain. I appreciate that it is built to last, providing me with peace of mind knowing that it will withstand the test of time.5. Compact and portable: Despite its impressive capabilities, the electric dolly is surprisingly compact and portable. It doesn’t take up much storage space, and I can easily transport it in the trunk of my car. This makes it perfect for both home and business use, as I can take it with me wherever I need it.In conclusion, the electric dolly has been a game-changer for me. Its convenience, versatility, ease of use, durability, and portability have made my life so much easier. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient solution for moving heavy objects.

Moving heavy objects on stairs has never been easier, and great customer service!

I recently moved from one house with stairs to another with stairs. Stairs are the bane of my existence. I bought this hand truck hoping it would ease my pain of muscling objects up and down the stairs, and it’s nearly perfect!Pros:* Effortlessly moves even the heaviest furniture up and down stairs.* Easy to maneuver on flat surfaces for getting to and from the stairs.* Sturdy, well-built, and very stable with a heavy load.* Folds up compactly for its size.* Long battery life.* Excellent customer service and prompt replies.Cons* The tracks will mark up your carpet on the top and bottom stair where the tracks engage. The marks come out with a carpet cleaner.* The product description notes that it isn’t meant for spiral or curved stairs, but it also doesn’t do well with straight stairs that have a 90-degree turn and a small landing because unlike a traditional hand truck, the unit is nearly impossible to maneuver while tilted but not using the powered tracks. In other words, once the load is tilted, you can ONLY go straight. The only way to turn is to return the hand truck to an upright position, then turn the load, then tilt it again. For stairs that have small landings, there isn’t enough space to set the load upright and turn it.* If you’re tall, the extending handle doesn’t extend far enough, forcing you to bend over pretty far to manage the hand truck while on the stairs.* The buckle strap is nearly useless. It’s slow to adjust and is often not long enough to go around the type of objects you’d be using this hand truck to move. Using standalone lashing straps was considerably easier. It’s not removable, so it gets in the way sometimes.

All I Can Say is Thank You!!!

I recently moved to the Orlando, Florida region. Over the course of the last couple of months I decided to take a phased approach so that it could be accomplished over the weekends with nominal time off. Moving is never easy and can be a lot of work. In addition, My new apartment is up a flight of stairs; which 10 years ago was feasible but even then it was physically a pain in the arse. My largest fear was that no matter how much I physically prepped myself for the move, the flight of stairs was going to be a deterrent. FYI, I really love my new place. So this year I decided to invest in some additional help. I want to thank my moving crew. Without them this move wouldn’t have been possible. My red hand truck has been a trusty and reliable companion for several years now. My blue flat truck hasn’t been with me as long but comes in handy with those bulky items, aka couch and mattress. May I introduce the newest member to my moving crew, the DeWalt Yellow Electric Stair Climbing Hand Truck. I cannot say enough about it. It lasted longer than I did on each and every day and I have only had it on the charger once. It’s ease of use and adaptability was reassuring. There are a couple of tweaks I will most likely add, but overall, it was worth the investment. I will definitely get many years of use out of the ole girl.#riosoc #trippinthecurl #moving #uhaul #orlando #florida #floridalife

    What a GAME changer!!!!

I am a single mom of three and recently moved into an apartment on the third floor. There isn’t an elevator so I knew I was going to have challenges with carrying furniture, boxes and even just groceries. We moved to a state where we don’t know anyone so calling a friend to help wasn’t an option. I also didn’t want to have to constantly pay for movers. This product is awkward and heavy and it comes in a wood box that I had to take apart with a crow bar but once you get it out and charge it you will never go back to using a regular dolly. My only issue with the product is I wish it had mor straps or came with bungee cords for securing items and I wish it was easier to store. It’s super easy to use even my 11 year old son loves using it when I need help bring up items. Well worth the money and a complete back saver!!!

    Company stands behind the product

It’s taken several months to be able to write this review. The reason is that when delivered, the original battery did not work. I contacted both of the support emails listed in the manual and they agreed to supply a new battery. Several weeks passed and no battery or emails. I contacted them again, this time receiving a response from a different person. Again, the agreement was to send a replacement battery. About 3 more weeks and a package from China arrived, unfortunately it contained a charger and not a battery. I reached out again but received no further response from that email address. My return window was quickly approaching but I really didn’t want to return it, I only wanted a working product. I reached out to the seller on Amazon and they were very responsive and after another few weeks, a package from China arrived, this time containing a battery; I installed it and the machine works perfectly.I do a fair amount of repair work on hifi gear, particularly tube amplifiers, I’m getting old enough that lugging large and heavy amps up and down the stairs to shop is not fun. I had one ready to ship, using the stair climber, it was nothing to get it up the stairs and ready for the shipper. While it took a while, the seller was super helpful and did get me a working battery. If you have problems, I suggest contacting the Amazon seller and not the emails listed in the manual.I took off one star for the two months required to get a working unit, but I’m very happy this all turned out well.

Great customer support after a while, still some issues

Like every other machine, there should be a quick disconnect and connect mechanism. Not a flimsy over tightened thing that is nearly impossible to get off OR a separate port to plug in the charger.I tried contacting their customer support. No contact whatsoever for a long time. Also all the instructions were written in almost unreadable broken English. It doesn’t cost that much to hire a competent translator. It makes your company look very unprofessional. After getting in touch with their customer support, and telling them my issue, they promptly resolved the issue for me. I was actually very impressed.I can’t quite give them a perfect score because of the initial issues.

Great solution for narrow basement stairs.

Since I have my shop in my basement with no exterior access, and narrow stairs, I found myself struggling to move heavy or bulky items safely. After a couple of tumbles, I decided that I need help with the heavier more bulky items that I move down or up the stairs. This powered cart is small enough to fit my tight stairway, and yet can handle any load that I can bring in the house by myself. It is also able to negotiate a landing that turns a 90-degree corner three steps up from the bottom. I tried one of the stair climbing dollies with the triple wheels on each side but that still left me to deal with the weight of the object on awkwardly shallow steps. I highly recommend this cart. If there is anything that it can’t handle, I wouldn’t be able to get it in the house by myself anyway.

    Strong and functional cart.

This amazing cart is super strong but what I really like is the functionality.I had no idea that this thing folds with a simple foot pedal action.I tend to carry lots of heavy items from the store to my house and it’s not like I’m a twenty year old anymore so now I use this to get stuff like cases of soda or water in and out of my car. You can also use it for anything else that’s too heavy to throw over your shoulder. So you can buy this with confidence because it’s super strong and easy to use and fold in your trunk or the corner of your kitchen.

    Perfect Home Use Hand Truck

The perfect lightweight, foldable for easy storage handcart. Easy to load and transport boxes with the use of this, and so much better to roll several containers on this. Then it was to try to carry. I have a storage unit, and it is exactly what I wanted instead of obtaining the huge old-school package trolleys they leave there for use. Used to take forever to simply guide the trolly. This easily is removed from the car, and smoothly rolls wherever needed.! It would make a great holiday gift!

    Sturdy feel rollie

The product feels very sturdy and I am sure it will do the job it promises.Unfortunately for why I got the product, it maybe not work. I am in the process of making a bicycle bag for air flights that I can check in. I thought having one of these in the bag would help me carry the bag thru the destination airport. Now knowing how heavy it is, it may push the weight limit of “sport equipment, oversized” limit.

very versitile and durable portable hand truck

This product is fantastic. It can handle up to 160 lbs, which has really come in handy when moving small boxes and things around the house and from the car. I’ve used it to lug around everything from heavy packages to toolboxes, and it’s handled it all like a champ. It’s lightweight, which makes it very easy to maneuver around. Despite its light frame, it feels sturdy. The wheels roll smoothly, making it easy to navigate through various surfaces.I love how the hand truck folds up nicely and is small. It can be easily stowed away in the trunk of my car or a small storage closet when I’m not using it, making it convenient to use.Honestly, it’s hard to find anything major to critique. But a wheel locking mechanism could be a nice addition when I need the truck to stay put. But that’s reaching for a downside in a product that has far exceeded my expectations.

I really love how compact and portable this hand truck is. So much better than a full sized one and works just as well. Comes with a bungee cord so no need to buy one separately.

    Feeling neutral about it.

“Flimsy” was the first thing my husband said to me when this came. Yes it is on the flimsier side, but it sort of did get the job done. If you have small boxes this would be pretty functional. However I don’t think you can use this to move a whole house, mainly because I don’t think it would last that long.It was good for light weight stuff imo.

    Very light handcart

This handcart is really light, it has thick caster wheels and it thins out to about 2″ when folded making very easy to store away. I have not been able to load it in full to the 165 lb limit (the cart seems made out of aluminum based on weight and I don’t trust putting heavier loads on the cart that close to its advertised weight limit) but have put about 100 lb dresser on it and it took it like a champ. My only complaint about it is that there is no other way to use the cart other than holding it by the handle on top of the cart which could be a problem when carrying tall loads, something like a recessed handle located in the back of the cart body would help with this. Otherwise, it seems to work as advertised.

Small plastic and metal hand truck for use in places where you need a little extra help.

This small hand truck is perfect for a hotel stay so that you can move some luggage around without breaking your back, or a camping trip to help with the equipment hauling. It rolls nicely and it is sturdy enough to hold a few hundred pounds. It gets the job done. 5 stars.

Portable lightweight hand truck! Works great!

This little hand truck works great, lightweight and folds up easily for storage with minimal space wasted! Smaller size, holds about the size of a 5 gallon bucket but items can be stacked and strapped down. Really stable and rigid, easy to maneuver even over small bumps and holes, gravel, beach sand, mud, up and down sidewalk curbs. I take this to the beach often with fishing gear on it, rod holders strapped to the hand truck handle, enough room for 2 fishing buckets, 4 rods, a small cooler. I have no problem dragging this hand truck fully loaded through a lot of tough terrain, works excellent!Awesome product, well built and great design!

    Portable and functional

Easily lets me move slightly in excess of the rated 165lbs and is extremely portable without taking all the space of a normal dolly.

    This is a great product!

This is a great hand truck to have. It folds in such a compact form, it barely takes any space. I did carry a big and heavy box (it was a u-shaped desk I was returning) with the hand truck, and it became quite wobbly so I had to be careful and walk slowly. But it was a big, heavy box, and I was still able to bring the box from the house to the car with the hand truck, as opposing to carrying it. I am very pleased.

    A helping hand

This portable hand truck works well when you need a little help with slightly heavier items, but it definitely has it limits.First, it’s easy to fold and unfold. As soon as I took it out of the package, I flipped the base down and pulled the handle up and it was ready to go. It’s compact, super lightweight and fits easily in the car.As far as it holding up to 165lbs., I wouldn’t push it. Today, I had to collect 4 boxes of dumbbells at 30 lbs each (120lbs total)- perfect opportunity to test the sturdiness of the hand truck without stressing it past its limits. First the boxes were not large, but they took up most of the base. I struggled to get the dolly on its wheels and get the boxes out to the car without toppling. It was at this point that the handle felt a little flimsy to me. You need to make sure it’s fully locked out, but even then, I could feel the stress on the frame. I managed to get the weights out to the car without incident, but I really wouldn’t try to use this for anything much over 100lbs.For light duty lifting, this is a big help…. think those boxes of assemble yourself furniture or anything else where you need assistance, but it has its limits. It felt a bit overloaded at 45 lbs lower than it’s claimed to be rated for and the item can’t be too large.

Light and portable. Perfect to keep handy or in the car.

I picked this dolly up because I frequently find myself having to carry boxes or bags that weigh 40+ lbs. While carrying some of these by hand a short distance is not too taxing, carrying many of them in multiple trips or even heavier packages really starts to take a toll.I find myself using this at work and at home. The wheels roll perfectly smooth over concrete and asphalt, and of course over smoother indoor surfaces. I was surprised that it actually rolls across decently flat and solid grass well. The construction is solid and very light weight. The handle collapses down and the base folds in so that it is easy to store under or behind things compared to some other dollys I have used. While the max weight is only rated at 160lbs, for household and every day use I have had no issue working with the limit.I wish I had purchased something like this sooner, my back would have thanked me.

Small, but good for car transport

I thought this would be more handy around the house with moving lighter furniture but really it’s more for just large bags and smaller sized boxes. I keep it in the back of my car for when I have huge tote bags or large boxes to haul into work and it works great for that! I just wouldn’t use it for a lot of other larger things. It is nice how well it folds up and comes out of the condensed format.

Works well, but respect the max capacity

This is certainly a lightweight dolly. It folds up quite small and is very easy to transport. It works great for small and lightweight loads, but do keep in mind the max capacity of 160lbs (I’d recommend undershooting on that). It is not the strongest when under pressure and I do worry it’ll break with excessive loads. It has low profile wheels that are not best suited for uneven floors or rough paths, so keep that mind as well. But for office supplies moving or light storage maneuvering, it does the job.The ease of folding/unfolding is great.

Definitely would stick to the weight limit

This is a pretty convenient little collapsable dolly and would be very useful for airports with luggage or moving boxes around a classroom or house. But its sturdiness definitely makes me believe to not try and test it on things above the weight limit. I have had no trouble with small bulky boxes that don’t weigh much but would not want to try it on heavier things. It easily opens and collapses for storage almost anywhere.

    Lightweight but limited

This best thing about this hand truck is that it’s lightweight, so it folds up nicely, is light enough to carry easily, and doesn’t take up too much storage space. It’s not great for moving large or heavy boxes for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the bottom plate is thin aluminum which isn’t super strong, so it could snap off under a lot of weight. Secondly, the handle doesn’t extend very far so there isn’t as much leverage for tipping back heavy items. And for larger items (heavy or not), in order to get the weight centered over the wheels, it needs to tipped back farther so the shorter handle ends up close to the ground and not comfortable to move because you would need to bend over while moving. But for it’s purpose as a lightweight hand truck for lighter and smaller items, it works well.

Easy to use even for a disabled person

I got this to keep in our car for when there were things I couldn’t move. I have muscle wasting in my upper body and I can’t really lift more than 15 or 20 pounds without really struggling. And I’m banned from lifting over 40 because of a pacemaker so all in all I really need something like this in my car for emergency things I need to carry in the house! It helps me be more independent if I have things like this and I’m very pleased with how easy this is to use and how much I love using it.1) it gets very compact so we can fit it under th3 floorboard of our suv2) it unfolds so easy that even my hands which are very weak and struggle with many things, still do okay with it.3) there are two heights a short and a tall. Depending on need and it locks into place so you don’t hurt yourself. When your done it neatly folds back down into its tiny size and i attach the bungee cord saved on it and put it away. So much more compact than a traditional dolly, almost as sturdy. So unless you’re moving heavy furniture on a regular basis this is a great option for you.
